Terms of Service
Last updated: May 2026
1. Acceptance
By signing into PublishFlow with your Zoom account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service Description
PublishFlow automates uploading Zoom cloud recordings to YouTube. We download your recordings, generate metadata using AI, and upload them to your connected YouTube channel according to your settings.
3. Your Responsibilities
- You must have the right to distribute the recordings you process through PublishFlow
- You are responsible for the content uploaded to your YouTube channel
- You must comply with Zoom's and YouTube's terms of service
- You must not use the service for illegal content or copyright infringement
4. Account & Access
Your account is tied to your Zoom identity. You can revoke access at any time by removing PublishFlow from your Zoom account or through our Settings page.
5. Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Processing may be delayed due to API rate limits, service outages, or high demand. Failed uploads can be retried from your dashboard.
6. AI-Generated Content
Video titles, descriptions, and tags are generated by AI. While we strive for accuracy, you are responsible for reviewing and correcting generated metadata before or after publication.
7. Limitation of Liability
PublishFlow is provided "as is." We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to incorrect metadata, failed uploads, or YouTube policy violations resulting from automated content.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
