Getting Started

1. Sign in with Zoom

Click "Sign in with Zoom" on the homepage. This creates your PublishFlow account and connects your Zoom cloud recordings.

2. Connect YouTube

On the dashboard, click "Connect" on the YouTube card. Grant PublishFlow permission to upload videos and manage playlists.

3. Configure Settings

Visit Settings to choose your default privacy level, target playlist, title prefix, and notification preferences.

4. Start Recording

Host a Zoom meeting with cloud recording enabled. When the recording completes, PublishFlow will automatically download it, generate AI metadata, and upload to YouTube.

FAQ

Why did my upload fail?

Common causes: YouTube API quota exceeded, expired YouTube connection, or recording file too large. Check the Recordings page for error details and use the Retry button.

Can I edit the title before it goes to YouTube?

Currently, titles are auto-generated. You can edit them directly on YouTube after upload. We plan to add a review step in a future update.

How do I disconnect my accounts?

Go to the Dashboard and click "Disconnect" on any integration card. You can also remove PublishFlow from your Zoom Marketplace installed apps.

Is my video content stored?

No. Video files are downloaded temporarily, uploaded to YouTube, and immediately deleted from our servers. We only retain metadata (title, status, timestamps).

What data does PublishFlow share with AI?

Only the meeting topic and duration are sent to OpenAI for metadata generation. No video content, audio, or transcripts are shared.
